Cemtrex Expands Into Mobile Applications Technology Business

FARMINGDALE, N.Y., April 19, 2011 — Cemtrex Inc. (OTC: CTEI) announced today that it is opening a new software and technology division within the company. Cemtrex’s newly formed software and technology division will create innovative mobile and Web-based applications that aim to add synergies across its existing businesses as well as expand into new developing markets.

Cemtrex, through its India offices, has retained a software team to develop new mobile applications for environmental, industrial, and commercial applications. These applications will serve to enhance customer productivity, reduce operating costs, and provide remote access of both Cemtrex and third party’s technologies in the market today. Additionally, Cemtrex aims to combine the latest wireless and mobile hardware with proprietary software for its existing products, such as continuous emissions monitors and energy efficiency systems.
